Meet the Office Team
Shane Mosley
President / Founder
Shane is a veteran teacher who has worked in education, training capacities and business off and on since 1994. These include a variety of settings from teaching English in Central America, to Spanish and ELL, Adult Education, coaching P.E. and volleyball, leading a humanitarian team of educators and a variety of other positions in sales leadership and business development throughout his career. His education includes an Administrative Services Credential and Masters of Arts in Education: Leadership & Administration as well as a Mild/Mod Teaching Credential, having excelled in program development within Level A-D behavioral programs and Resource positions in K-12.
Sarah Johnson
Office Manager
Sarah has over 15 years of experience teaching general education, as well as previous experience as an office manager. In her 3.5 years at BehaviorRx, she has earned advancements and recognition for her outstanding work and leadership. Her experience in both education and office management makes her a strong asset in supporting both the administrative and instructional needs of our clients.
Cassandra Stewart
Director of Recruitment
Cassie is a dynamic and driven recruiter with a high level of energy and motivation. As a former D1 college athlete, she brings exceptional talent, capacity, and management skills to her role, effortlessly handling our business development, recruiting team and district relationships. Having worked directly with students with exceptional needs, Cassie has found immense fulfillment in her role of fulfilling school needs over the past 2 years. Her dedication to serving these students has fueled her passion for her position, driving her to excel as a remarkable leader.
