BehaviorRx Educational Staffing (collectively “BehaviorRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps special education professionals connect with employers by providing staffing and recruitment services for positions in the United States of America. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, share and safeguard personal information that we collect from candidates (collectively “you”) for positions with potential employers.

Information we collect

Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing/postal address, and any biographical information you provide on your profile, and supplemental information or documents you may provide to support your application. This information is usually submitted to us, by you, in the form of résumés, online forms found on this website, via LinkedIn, postal mail, or by other means.

How we use personal information

The information you provide allows you to browse our Services and apply for open positions. to communicate with you about our Services, including to contacting you in case of any issue with your account and to send announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages. We also use your information to assess your suitability for job vacancies, including to evaluate candidates’ applications for open positions. We may also retain personal information to contact Candidates in case of future vacancies that may be relevant, and use the information to improve or monitor usage of our Services and to protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized or illegal activity. This includes: monitoring and analyzing trends and use of our Services; personalizing your use of the Services and our communications; conducting troubleshooting, testing and research; and enforcing any applicable terms and conditions, complying with legal obligations and defending against legal claims or disputes. We may communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, application updates, interview scheduling, onboarding information, and other recruiting-related communications via email, phone, and SMS/text message.

How we share personal information

If you are a Candidate, you direct us to share your information with suitable employers. Except for potential employers, we do not share your information with any third party entities. You information will be added to our internal software for our account tracking and maintenance, but will not be shared with third party entities.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You may make such requests using our contact information available at the top of this page.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
