BehaviorRx Educational Staffing (collectively “BehaviorRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps special education professionals connect with employers by providing staffing and recruitment services for positions in the United States of America. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, share and safeguard personal information that we collect from candidates (collectively “you”) for positions with potential employers.

SMS Consent Communication

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from BehaviorRx, you may receive messages similar to the following:

Example 1:
Hi Sarah, I noticed you didn’t log any hours for Monday. Were you absent? Just a reminder, if you need to be absent, please contact us by email at hello@behaviorrx.org or by phone at 888-269-0966. Reply “STOP” to opt-out of these messages.

Example 2:
Hello Nelson, I noticed you have 1.5 hours of overtime on last week’s timecard. Did you receive prior authorization to exceed the 8 hours per day allowance? Reply “STOP” to opt-out of these messages.

Example 3:
Hello Rebecca, it was nice speaking with you earlier! We’ve set you up in Crelate, and you should receive an email to set up your account shortly. Once your profile is created, please upload your ID and fingerprint clearance card. Reply “STOP” to opt-out of these messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 20 SMS messages per week related to your activity.

Example:
“Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 20 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.”

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by submitting an online form.

Opt-Out Method
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
